Summer is nearly over and so is my blog hiatus! In the summer, I tend to read less and wander more. I’m not out here trying to make money off my blog or get nationally recognized. I do this as a hobby and because I find it fun! As such, I don’t feel it right or fair to force myself into a strict schedule over the summer holiday. Stressing myself out and pushing half-hearted crap content makes no one happy. So… I take the summer off. 🙂

But that doesn’t mean that I didn’t read ANYTHING! If you are friends with me on Goodreads, you’ll know that I knocked out some really good ones (in my opinion) from my TBR. I’ll be sharing reviews for those books sometime in the future. I’m pretty excited about them.

Lastly, if you didn’t know, I separate my wanders from my reads. I share my physical adventures on my Instagram. This year I took nearly a month long solo trip and played in Asheville, NC; Jacksonville, FL; and Gatlinburg, TN. It was wonderful and very much needed!
